Charlotte Yorke-Long's Background

After starting her career working for Anouska Hempel, Charlotte acted as a negotiator for Andrew Milton, a boutique Chelsea/Knightsbridge Property Agency followed by time spent with a builder getting a first-hand understanding of construction and the issues involved in the renovation of period property. In 1980 Charlotte formed her company with a particular emphasis on designing and supplying very specialist soft furnishings.

 

The offices are now based in Northamptonshire (60 miles from London) but a lot of our work has been carried out in central London, Projects have ranged from very prestigious London houses, mainly in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Hampstead along with contemporary flats to the new Jockey Club Rooms at Ascot racecourse as well as international commissions in USA, Canada, Caribbean, Holland, France and Switzerland.  We also have been involved in many Listed Country Houses all over the UK.  The projects range from total refurbishment to Architectural and or Design consultancy on an ad hoc basis. 

 

Charlotte has built up a reputation for being able to increase the value in a property and has therefore worked for many individuals and Development companies wishing to maximise their asset.
